Microlot Zimbabwe Salimba

A special summer Microlot release for everyone who has tried and loved our previous specialty offerings! This hand harvested Microlot coffee comes to us from the sandy clay-loam Southeastern slopes of Mount Salimba in Zimbabwe, grown 2,500 feet above sea level on one of the few farms that exports this coffee outside of the country. This coffee is delicious when brewed in just about every method, but truly shines when brewed using a pour over or Chemex. Delicate notes of Cherry Blossom and Toasted Pecan dance from the cup, with rich and savory notes of Milk Chocolate, Honeycomb, and Caramel exploding with your first sip, and a silky smooth finish.
