    Returns and Exchanges: Apparel, drinkware, gear and accessories

    If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at customerservice@groundsandhoundscoffee.com.

    If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase of any Grounds & Hounds apparel, drinkware, gear or accessories, we’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. 

    • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or store credit.
    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed or undamaged with all original tags attached.For commercial items, such as AeroPress, Bodum, Hario and Chemex, products must be in their original box with all provided components and accessories.

    Return/Exchange Shipping
    To return your product, you can mail it directly back to the below address or you can contact us at customerservice@groundsandhoundscoffee.com and we will provide a free return label via mail or e-mail.

    For Exchanges, we ask that you include the packing slip or order number, as well as what size/color/style you'd like in exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process a new order to ship out to you. Keep in mind that inventory is limited and we cannot put an item on hold for you. So, you may be contacted to choose an alternative if the option you want is no longer available (once we receive your original).


    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    Returns and Exchanges: Coffee, Coffee pods and Cocoa:

    If there is physical damage to the packaging, coffee, pods and cocoa can be exchanged for the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value) at no cost to you. Please contact our customer service directly at customerservice@groundsandhoundscoffee.com for a replacement. Please do not send back your damaged coffee products. 

    We stand behind our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your coffee for any reason, please email our customer service gurus at customerservice@groundsandhoundscoffee.com and they can discuss alternative coffee options.

    Gifts
    Gift Exchanges: Items received as a gift can be exchanged per the above exchange policy and procedures. 

    Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

    If the item wasnt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will either send a refund to the gift giver or provide the gift recipient with store credit. 


    What do you ship?
    With the exception of our digital gift cards, which are delivered automatically to the e-mail address provided during checkout, all tangible items are suitable for shipping both domestically and internationally. All orders are safely packed to minimize risk of damage and tampering during shipment.

    When do you ship?
    All orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment for each individual order. We strive to have all orders shipped within 24-36 businesshours of payment being received. During promotional periods and holidays, shipments may be delayed by an additional 24-36 hours.

    Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship to all U.S States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, free shipping offers apply to United States orders only. Additional handling and shipping fees may be incurred on a country by country basis.

    How do you ship?
    Grounds & Hounds uses top rated carriers for their domestic economy, priority and international shipments, to include FEDEX, USPS and UPS. Shipping times in transit vary on the shipping destination, selected shipping rate and package weight.  

    Generally, our economy shipments (to include Free Shipping offers) are handled by USPS (for packages under 1lb) and FEDEX Smartpost (for packages over 1lb). FEDEX Smartpost packages are initially transited by FEDEX, then handed off to USPS for final delivery. FEDEX Smartpost CAN ship to PO boxes but is not ideal for HI, AK and APO/FPO so we suggest USPS Priority.
