Through a small group of incredible volunteers, Detroit Pit Crew Dog Rescue is able to come to the aid of pups in life or death situations. The horrors that these dogs endure include being used as bait for dog fights, being hit by cars, left on death's door and emaciated to being chained up. Luckily, this crew, founded in 2013, works as a well oiled machine to get these pups off the street, into medical care and ultimately released to one of their partner shelters who help them find their forever home.
As our latest Rescue Roast recipient, the donations from RR will go towards the extensive medical bills they face to ensure a second chance for these deserving pups. To support the Detroit Pit Crew, pick up a bag of Rescue Roast on or before February 29, 2020: here.
If you'd like to go a step further, consider donating to the Detroit Pit Crew directly, who rely solely on donations from all of us pup lovers. Visit Here.
Thank your to all of those who are able to help us support the hard work that their crew puts forth every single say to ensure we see more and more tails wagging.

Summer has a flavor. It tastes like cold brew on a hot morning. Like sunscreen and lake water. Like beach towels in the backseat, sandy paws, campfire smoke, and late sunsets with your favorite people (and dogs) nearby.

Some dogs are easy to love.
Others are overlooked, labeled, or left behind.
At Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co., we believe those are the dogs who need us most.
That’s why we’re proud to partner with Forgotten, Now Family Rescue as our Rescue Roast beneficiary from May 1 through June 15—a rescue known for stepping in when others can’t.
For this limited time, 100% of Rescue Roast profits will go directly toward their lifesaving work.
