Shipping & Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, please contact us at and we will provide a return label via mail or e-mail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What do you ship?
With the exception of our digital gift cards, which are delivered automatically to the e-mail address provided during checkout, all tangible items are suitable for shipping both domestically and and internationally. All orders are safely packed to minimize risk of damage and tampering during shipment.

When do you ship?
All orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment for each individual order. We strive to have all orders shipped within 24-36 hours of payment being received

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all U.S States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, free shipping offers apply to United States orders only. Additional handling shipping + fees may be incurred on a country by country basis.

How do you ship?
For domestic orders less than 6 lbs., USPS priority mail is used to transport packages. For orders in excess of 6 lbs., UPS standard ground is used to transport packages.
