To kick off the holiday season, we want to share a new program we launched to provide some happiness to pups. This concept began with the passing of our senior rescue, JoJo, who had a tough start to life and didn't receive his first toy until he was rescued at age 10.
To compensate for lost time, Jojo was given A LOT of toys during his time with us! Unfortunately, our pal Jojo passed from cancer after just 13 months with the family, and left us with the question of what to do with the numerous toys and how to “Share the love” that JoJo received as a senior recuse.
We then decided that we would create an annual program in his honor to provide toys to shelter pups during the holidays, so they could have a little comfort and love until they find their forever families (and carry on his legacy for years to come).
We provided the first donation of the season to the pups atThe Anti-Cruelty Society, and we plan to spread the love all season with 2000 toys before Christmas Day!
A New Blend!
And to help kick off the program, we are excited to announce the release of a brand new blend! Rescue Roastis a delicious medium roast coffee that comes with a special perk. 100% of the profits from this blend benefit a selected rescue organization each month!
We hope that you'll join us throughout the holidays (and throughout the year) in providing a second chance one pup and one cup at a time!
t’s time for our favorite, and most important post of the season! Teaming up with some of our favorite rescues, here are 12 amazing pups that need a little extra help finding their forever home. Even if you’re not ready for a new pup in your life, sharing their stories could lead them to the perfect family #rescuehappiness
