How to Work out at Home (with Dogs)
Social distancing and stay-at-home orders have resulted in a steep increase of at-home workouts. But as any pup parent knows, there's nothing simple about bringing your workout routine to the living room. So, to help you accommodate for your furry trainer, we have put together a quick workout routine any one can handle!
As always, be sure to end your workout with a cup of coffee and some recovery belly rubs!
