Peanut Butter Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients: 

• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons of sugar free peanut butter flavored syrup (this can be eliminated if you want to have a more mild natural peanut butter flavor from our coffee)
• 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
• Ice
• 1 tablespoon of sugar free vanilla syrup
• 1 cup of brewed Grounds & Hounds Chocolate Peanut Butter Blend
• 1 tablespoon of crushed peanuts (optional)

To get started, combine heavy whipping cream, syrup, and peanut butter in a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until creamy and slightly thickened. Whisk vigorously until the milk mixture is foamy, about 30 seconds.

Fill the glass with ice. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup to the glass, fill 2/3 of the way with pre-brewed Chocolate Peanut Butter Blend Coffee, and add the peanut butter cream to the top.

Add crushed peanuts to the top for an optional crunchy treat. 

Barista's Notes:

• For a less sweet drink, eliminate the sugar free syrups! 
• Brew your coffee slightly stronger than normal when making an icy drink.
