Peanut Butter Cream Cold Brew
It’s that time of year again! Fall is ALMOST here. While the last minute heat waves roll through your town, we have the perfect cold brew drink to get you in the Fall spirit!
Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co. has perfected the at-home Peanut Butter Cold Brew for you to enjoy with your pup by your side.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar free peanut butter flavored syrup (this can be eliminated if you want to have a more mild natural peanut butter flavor from our coffee)
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- Ice
- 1 tablespoon of sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1 cup of brewed Grounds & Hounds Chocolate Peanut Butter Blend
- 1 tablespoon of crushed peanuts (optional)
To get started, combine heavy whipping cream, syrup, and peanut butter in a bowl. Whip with a hand mixer until creamy and slightly thickened. Whisk vigorously until the milk mixture is foamy, about 30 seconds.
Fill the glass with ice. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup to the glass, fill 2/3 of the way with pre-brewed Chocolate Peanut Butter Blend Coffee, and add the peanut butter cream to the top.
Add crushed peanuts to the top for an optional crunchy treat.
Barista's Notes:
- For a less sweet drink, eliminate the sugar free syrups!
- Brew your coffee slightly stronger than normal when making an icy drink.
