1 Cup Almond Milk or Cashew Milk
2 Tablespoons Organic Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon Organic Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Teaspoon Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Fresh Brewed 100% Organic Alpha Blend Dark Roast coffee or other strongly brewed Grounds & Hounds coffee of your choice!

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, sugar and vanilla extract. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and vent with three small holes. Microwave the milk mixture until it is hot (1 or 2 minutes). Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and whisk until the mixture becomes foamy.
Pour your fresh brewed Alpha Blend, or any other full-bodied Grounds & Hounds coffee, into your favorite mug and add the foamy milk mixture to the freshly brewed coffee. You can serve the latte as is OR feel free to sprinkle with the pumpkin pie spice.
Finally, curl up in your favorite chair, find your furry best friend to join you and enjoy! (Pumpkin costume optional but strongly recommended).
