Skip The Line Video: Gingerbread Latte

Is there anything better than the spicy aroma of gingerbread filling the house throughout the holiday season? Whether you’re lounging with your favorite book by the fire or catching up on missed belly rubs with your four legged friend, we thing you'll love every sip of our brand new Gingerbread Latte recipe! 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of our Sit & Stay blend freshly brewed
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1 doggie treat (for your four-legged helper)

In a small bowl or measuring cup, gently combine the coffee, molasses, maple syrup, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is well-combined, about 15 to 30 seconds. Pour evenly between two of your favorite coffee mugs.

Take a quick break to give your pup a little treat and maybe scratch that secret spot behind their ear that makes their foot start tapping.  

Now it's time to heat the milk in a small saucepan. Next, you want to froth the milk by either using an electric frother or simply by placing the milk in a heat-proof jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Finally, pour the milk evenly between your two mugs. ­Lastly, spoon on the frothy milk and garnish with a crushed gingerbread cookie (if you're feeling fancy).
