Grown in the mist-covered highlands of Tarrazú, this rare micro lot captures the vibrant essence of the region with notes of key lime, cane sugar, and yellow watermelon, brought to life through a lactic anaerobic process and the Tabi varietal.

But beyond the mountains and flavor lies another story—of companionship, tradition, and freedom. Along the winding paths where coffee carts once carried harvests to port, a new kind of journey continues. Just north of these hills lies Territorio de Zaguates, the Land of the Strays—a sanctuary where hundreds of rescue dogs roam free, each one a symbol of second chances and unconditional love.
