"Sorry to be a snob, but it is a dark roast at best. If you are expecting a craft roasted coffee this is not for you. However, I support the cause and for coffee drinkers who use an automatic brewer and add cream/sugar this is still levels above Folgers and probably on par with Starbucks. I'll give the 3 bags I ordered to a friend who rescues and I'm sure they will be happy with it."

"I had been using Starbucks coffee for years but purchased 3 sample sized Grounds and Hounds Coffee's to try over the holidays. I loved all 3 blends but I'm hooked on the Morning Walk Breakfast Blend. It is full bodied, there's no acidity and it is not bitter. My husband and I are now making a pot in the evening to have after dinner. You can't go wrong. Knowing that a portion of the purchase price is donated to dog charities is important to us since we have 3 rescues at home. Great cause and delicious coffee!"
"Sent beans instead of grounds"
"I really enjoy this blend the best…although I like others, this one I think I enjoy the best. My only confusion is in the description. It says there are beans from several different area but that all are roasted to a medium-light roast. I guess if some are roasted to a light roast, and others to a medium roast, then combined for this blend, that would make sense that the beans in the bag are different levels of darkness. If they are all roasted together to a medium-light level, I would expect the color to be more uniform. That being said, either way. . this been is VERY enjoyable!"
