Five Great Movies to Stream with Your Pup!
These days, it is our civic duty to stay home and plop down on the couch. Might as well stream a few movies with your best friend while doing it. Here are 5 of our favorite films to stream with our pups – and where you can find them.
Number 5 - Isle of Dogs
Isle of Dogs is a unique animated film from legendary director Wes Anderson. It's a stop-motion masterpiece about a boy searching for his exiled dog. Isle of Dogs is currently streaming on Cinemax.
Number 4 - Best in Show
Everybody could use a good laugh right now, and “Best in Show” is a classic mock-u-mentary comedy from Christopher Guest about people who are just a little too crazy about their dogs.
Bonus for your pup, a lot of different dogs of varying breeds show up in the film, so it's guaranteed to keep their attention. Best in Show is available for rental or purchase.
Number 3 - Frankenweenie
For all the Tim Burton fans out there, Frankenweenie is perhaps an overlooked gem. Featuring his iconic dark sense of humor and trademark animation style, there’s no reason to wait for Halloween to watch this with your pup. Frankenweenie is currently streaming on Starz.
Number 2 - Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey
This Disney classic that tells the story of three lost pets determined to find their way back to their humans. Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey is currently streaming on HBONow or HBOGo
Number 1 - 101 Dalmatians
This animated classic is our favorite for obvious reasons. There is also a live action remake of the film that stars Glenn Close and both are quite charming. So, you can't go wrong. 101 Dalmatians is currently streaming on Disney+
